Eli Henderson is the Managing Partner and founder of Ambiarch. He started Ambiarch after a successful tenure as Director of Executive Search for a global executive search firm in New York City. Eli uses his broad industry and global cultural knowledge to leverage talent across industries both domestically and internationally. His placements have ranged from middle management to C-Suite Executives within multi-million- to multi-billion dollar organizations. He has successfully placed candidates throughout Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
Prior to his time in Executive Search, Eli served in the U.S. Army for 14 years. He worked in several capacities including human resources, satellite communications, and data analysis within the Signal, Armor, Recruiting, and Special Operations communities. He has deployed multiple times and has lived in numerous places around the globe.
Eli graduated from Post University with a BS in Business Management, is a graduate of the United States Army Recruiting and Retention College, and is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and member of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches.
