Eli R Henderson

Managing Partner

Eli Henderson is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Ambiarch. He started Ambiarch after having been a successful Director of Executive Search for a firm in New York City. He specializes in identifying and assessing high-performing candidates for a variety of functions within industries including:

Eli uses his broad industry and global cultural knowledge to help leverage talent across industries both domestically and internationally. His placements have ranged from Software Engineers to C-Suite Executives within multi-million to multi-billion dollar organizations. He has successfully placed candidates throughout Europe, the Middle East and North America. 

Prior to his time in Executive Search, Eli served in the U.S. Army for 14 years. He worked in several capacities including, human resources, satellite communications and data analysis within the Signal, Armor, Recruiting, and Special Operations communities. He has deployed multiple times and has lived in numerous places around the globe. 

 

Eli graduated from Post University with a BS in Business Management, is a graduate of the United States Army Recruiting and Retention College, and is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and member of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches.
